Amy Barry is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the state of California. She has over 10 years of experience in providing tax and accounting services to clients. Amy’s prior work experience includes six years in public accounting, where she worked in the tax department for KPMG, LLP. Her clients have included businesses in real estate, hospitality, retail, and life sciences industries. Amy also has worked as Director of Accounting for a large resort development company in Southern California. In her role as Director of Accounting, Amy oversaw the tax, audit, and financial reporting divisions of the company.
In addition to her work experience, Amy has volunteered for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and served on many corporation and non-profit association boards. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Washington, as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from San Diego State University.
